Merchant Onboarding Agent

We’re looking for a Merchant Onboarding Agent (Europe based) to help clients get started and guide them through a smooth onboarding process.
Your role
- Guide merchants through onboarding and collect the required information and documents
- Review and verify KYC and KYB documentation
- Work with the tech team to ensure smooth setup and go-live
- Support clients throughout the onboarding process
Who you are
- You have at least 2 years of experience in onboarding, fintech, or payments
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- You are fluent in English. If you speak German or another European language, that’s a major advantage.
