Business Development Executive

Today, we focus on delivering secure, reliable, and innovative online payment solutions to merchants across Europe and worldwide. We are growing fast, and we need someone who knows the industry inside out to help us scale.
Your role
- You won’t just wait for leads. You’ll identify potential merchants, reach out, and manage the entire sales process from the first hello to the signed contract.
- We don’t do “hard sells.” You’ll act as a consultant, building trust and tailoring our payment solutions to provide real value to each business.
- Your main goal is to expand our footprint across Europe, while keeping an eye on the global landscape
Who you are
- You have a proactive mindset and a solid network you can tap into immediately.
- You’ve worked in the fintech or payments space before. You understand how acquiring works and are comfortable working with mid-sized merchants and highly regulated industries.
- You can explain IC++ vs. blended pricing and interchange fees without breaking a sweat.
- You are fluent in English. If you speak German or another European language, that’s a major advantage.
