We’re looking for a Merchant Onboarding Agent ready to help our clients succeed by guiding them through a smooth onboarding journey and into our production environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping Clients Get Started: Work closely with merchants to gather all the info and documents needed for onboarding. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) guiding them through Maksu’s processes.
- Keeping Things Compliant: Manage and verify KYB (Know Your Business) and KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, ensuring everything meets the required standards—using manual checks and automated tools.
- Making the Transition Easy: Collaborate with our tech team to help clients get up and running in the production environment without hick-ups.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years in merchant onboarding, PSPs, or fintech.
- Language Skills:
o Fluent in English (a must).
o German skills? Big bonus points!
