Administrative Assistant (part-time)

We are growing fast and looking for a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to join us part-time. You’ll support our day-to-day operations and help keep things running smoothly as we grow.

Your role

  • Handle invoices and bills, and support basic payment tracking
  • Organize team travel and manage general administrative tasks
  • Support planning and coordination of company events
  • Act as a go-to person for administrative support across the team

Who you are

  • Fluent German (required) for handling documentation and local admin tasks
  • Fluent English (required) for internal and external communication
  • Previous experience in administration or office management
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing or accounting tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
