Head of Alternative Payment Methods (APMs)
At Maksu, we’re building on a legacy of over 25 years in payment technology, originating from Modirum, a global leader in payment technologies. Today, we focus on delivering secure, reliable, and innovative online payment solutions to merchants across Europe and worldwide.
We’re looking for a Head of Alternative Payment Methods to take ownership of our APM offering and help us scale it further. We already support 70+ APMs, and there’s more to build. This role sits between product, partnerships, and commercial, with real impact on how we grow.
Your role
- Manage and grow existing APM partnerships, and onboard new payment methods
- Decide the best way to expand – both commercially and technically
- Stay close to market trends, especially local payment methods, and bring new ideas to life
- Work closely with product and commercial teams to shape pricing and positioning
Who you are
- You have strong knowledge of the global APM landscape and payment integrations
- You are a confident communicator, able to work with partners and clients
- You have proven ability to take ideas from concept to live production
- You are fluent in English. If you speak German or another European language, that’s a major advantage
